Mid-Week Meditation

Mid-week break! Come ease the stress of the week with some slow flows and meditations. Class will close out with a long shavasana and short stories!

This class is suitable for all levels, including true beginners, and is welcoming of yogis of all shapes and sizes. Don't have a mat? Don't worry! Feel free to borrow one from us.
